Ghost loads
Show when a load was last confirmed and remove stale/duplicate posts faster.
Early access for shippers and drivers
Relocation Manager helps drivers and carriers match the right equipment to the right freight, with fewer scams, clearer details, and better lane alerts.
Built from real driver headaches
Drivers complain about the same problems over and over: ghost loads, vague details, bad communication, wrong equipment, cheap freight, and payment risk. Relocation Manager turns those complaints into product checks.
Show when a load was last confirmed and remove stale/duplicate posts faster.
Match by exact truck type: liftgate, ramp, 53 ft, conestoga, lowboy, power-only, and more.
Require weight, dimensions, dock, forklift, driver assist, appointment time, and photos when possible.
Track customer/broker response time so drivers do not waste hours chasing dead leads.
Use broker/payment trust, customer ratings, and dispute flags before drivers commit.
Let drivers save target rates by lane and warn when a load does not match the number.
Who it’s for
Box trucks, cargo vans, hotshots, truck + trailer operators, and small fleets looking for better-fit work.
Shippers and businesses that need help getting freight picked up without guessing at the details.
Verified brokers who want cleaner freight info, better trust signals, and easier matching to available equipment.
Before vs after
The promise
Box trucks, dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks, conestogas, lowboys/RGN, power-only, and truck+trailer operators get exact matching.
Carrier authority, insurance, customer identity, broker/payment trust, and admin review before matching.
Drivers save preferred lanes, equipment, and target rates. We alert them when matching verified loads appear.
Equipment coverage
Scam reduction
Drivers rate customers and brokers after each job for load accuracy, loading readiness, communication, payment trust, and scam/risk flags.
Driver support built in
Ralph helps drivers explain what they can move, save pickup lanes, and find the right kind of loads faster. The goal is simple: less searching, fewer bad matches, and more real work.
Stage 1 pricing
Customers can request pickup help, independent drivers can get matched to fitting loads, and brokers can manage truck capacity by fleet size.
For customers who need loads picked up from their office, warehouse, shop, or place of work.
For self-insured individual drivers and owner-operators working for themselves.
For brokers and small fleets who want to view demand, cover loads, and manage trucks.
For shippers
If you are a shipper, broker, or operations team, the goal is simple: fewer back-and-forth messages, fewer wrong equipment matches, and fewer surprises when a truck arrives.
Pickup, delivery, freight type, size, weight, timing, and any dock or forklift details we should know.
We normalize the load details so carriers can quickly tell whether the job fits their equipment and lane.
Manual review, ratings, and load history help reduce bad matches before money or miles are on the line.
Direct load requests
Some customers do not know a broker or carrier yet — they just know what needs to move. Relocation Manager can collect that request, verify it, and let qualified brokers/carriers decide if it is worth sending a truck.
Pickup, delivery, freight type, equipment needed, timing, budget, loading details, and photos.
Verified brokers can view customer requests and decide if they have a truck or can make the load work.
Qualified carriers with matching equipment can express interest or request more details before rolling.
FAQ
If you’re deciding whether this fits your lane or your freight, start here. These are the questions people ask before they join the waitlist.
It matches freight to the right truck, verifies more of the important details up front, and gives drivers better lane alerts so they can waste less time on bad-fit loads.
Box truck drivers, cargo van operators, hotshot drivers, truck + trailer operators, small carriers, brokers, and shippers who want cleaner freight details and less back-and-forth.
We care more about fit and trust than posting volume. The goal is fewer vague listings, clearer equipment matching, better customer ratings, and less scammy behavior before a driver rolls.
Yes. Shippers can request pickup help, and verified brokers/carriers can see demand when the request matches their equipment or lane. That keeps the freight request in front of the right people instead of everyone.
No. The first launch is built around multiple equipment types, including liftgate and ramp trucks, cargo vans, truck + trailer operators, hotshots, and other small carriers.
Customers start at $9.99/month. Independent drivers are $29.99/month. Brokers and fleets scale by truck count so the pricing fits the size of the operation and stays simple to understand.
Pickup and dropoff locations, freight type, dimensions, weight, appointment times, dock or forklift needs, and any photos that help a carrier know whether they can actually take the job.
Stage 1 starts with manual review, clearer details, customer ratings, broker/payment trust, and stale/duplicate load checks. That is enough to make the first network cleaner without pretending automation exists too early.
The Stage 1 page is live and the network is in early access. We are still manually reviewing requests so we can keep the first group clean, useful, and honest.
Manual review, verification, customer ratings, broker/payment trust, better load detail requirements, and stale/duplicate load checks all help reduce scammy postings before a driver wastes fuel.
Early access intake
Drivers can share their equipment and lanes. Shippers can share pickup details and what needs moving. We review every request by hand so the first network stays clean.
Include equipment, lane, pickup area, or freight details if you have them. The more specific the request, the easier it is for Ralph to sort it.
