We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of the word. Users should avoid posting sensitive personal data that is not needed for freight or account setup.

Terms of Use

Relocation Manager provides a marketplace and communication platform only. We do not own, inspect, haul, store, insure, or guarantee any freight, equipment, carrier, shipper, broker, payment, delivery timing, or transaction.

All freight details, load values, and pickup or delivery terms are the responsibility of the participating parties. Users are responsible for verifying identity, authority, insurance, condition, and suitability before booking or releasing any equipment or freight.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relocation Manager is not liable for equipment damage, freight loss, theft, misrepresentation, cancellation, delay, nonpayment, fraudulent conduct, off-platform arrangements, or disputes between users. Any agreement for transportation, pickup, delivery, payment, or liability is solely between the users involved.

User responsibilities

Before booking or accepting a load, users should confirm:

• identity and authority of the other party
• equipment fit, condition, and availability
• insurance and payment terms
• pickup and delivery timing
• any special handling, access, or site restrictions

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relocation Manager is not responsible for equipment picked up, driver scams, shipper scams, cancellations, delays, fraud, damage, loss, nonpayment, or disputes between users.

Marketplace listings are informational only. Users decide whether a load, rate, truck, or company fits their own needs. Shippers can accept the price and terms that make sense for their company, and truckers can choose whether the job fits their equipment and business.
